LAFUK
About This Spot
Stepping into LAFUK, you’re welcomed by a quietly unassuming space where time gently slows down, inviting you to settle in and savor the simplicity of good company and honest flavors. Located near Villamor Airbase in Pasay City, this modest spot hums with steady activity, a neighborhood corner that never feels rushed despite the ebb and flow of customers at all hours.
The pace here is calm but lively in its own way—staff move with a practiced ease, welcoming regulars and newcomers alike, while an open kitchen reveals the daily craft behind each meal. The atmosphere is straightforward, almost homey, with familiar Philippine dishes served up in a way that feels like a community secret worth sharing rather than a polished menu to impress.
The real charm of LAFUK lies in its embrace of the Filipino breakfast tradition, offering hearty plates that bring comfort without fuss. Whether it’s the sizzling warmth of well-loved silog combinations or the unexpectedly satisfying crunch of chicharon, every bite carries a sense of care and everyday delight. It’s a place where the food feels sincere—no frills, just flavors that speak of sunny mornings and shared stories, perfect for those who like their meals grounded, honest, and served fresh.
While the decor and setting remain simple, the experience resonates through genuine service and approachable portions. It’s a spot where you might find yourself lingering over a taste that nudges you to return, or appreciating the quiet presence of others who come for the familiar comforts that are sometimes hard to find amidst the city’s rush.

We dropped by Lafuk in Villamor Airbase and were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. We ordered the Tapsilog and Liempo Silog—both dishes were flavorful, well-cooked, and served hot. The tapa was tender and tasty, while the liempo had just the right balance of crispiness and juicy fat. The garlic rice was fragrant and the egg cooked just right, completing the silog experience. The place has a relaxed, no-frills vibe, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal. Service was friendly and efficient too. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area and craving a solid silog meal.

Despite other reviews I had the most wonderful time. The staff were friendly and the tapsilog was so delicious I could have eaten it all day. Will definitely be back!

Went in on the off chance and so pleased we did. Service was excellent, prompt and helpful. Open kitchen so nothing to hide, was very busy but turn over is quick. Husband had sizzling pork which was not spicy and he enjoyed it and I had sizzling tofu and was delicious. Good value too.

This is not a 5 star restaurant, but the food is very good. Atmosphere is a little blua, but service is good, the owner is super nice. It's a tasty Filipino breakfast joint, it doesn't have coffee, so I bring my own in restaurant, owner doesn't mind.

Both times that I’ve had a layover in Manila, I’ve walked across the access bridge just to eat at LAFUK! Open 24 hrs, the staff are so warm and welcoming, the food is DELICIOUS and great value for money for close to the airport with huge portions! And the chef was very accomodating to vegetarian and low gluten requirements.
